The Outreach Programme

Arts For Wellbeing – Mental Health Service in Stockport

Outreach is the ideal entry point into Arc, with accessible small group courses based in neighbourhoods across Stockport.

Each Community Outreach session lasts for 2 hours, every week for 10 weeks. The creative courses are led by experienced community artists and are designed to help participants build in confidence, relax, increase their wellbeing and feel more a part of their local community. All abilities are welcome.

The sessions take place in the following areas:

Heaton Norris Pavilion
Wednesday afternoons

Stockport Town Centre – Stockport Advocacy
Thursday mornings

Adswood Children’s Centre
Thursday mornings

Woodley Startpoint Cafe (upstairs)
Friday mornings

If this is your first time at Arc it is recommended to complete a 10 or 12 week Outreach block of sessions before joining Challenge. If you are interested in joining the Outreach programme, please download a referral form below.
Please note: the referral form should ideally be completed by a professional who is working alongside you, but we also welcome self referrals.
