Adult Wellbeing Programmes

Arc offers a wide variety of wellbeing programmes to support the specific needs of adults experiencing mental health issues such as low mood, depression, anxiety and isolation. Creative Mums and Community Programme are currently also available to Oldham residents with an additional programme held at Gallery Oldham.
