Arts Industry Insights

Artists in Greater Manchester joined us eager to hear from some of the amazing artists and professionals from our networks, to gain some practical solutions and insight during this difficult time. We identified some of the main issues and threats artists and the arts industry is facing during the pandemic, such as those around funding, adapting to a more digital working world and coping with added pressures, and asked our associates to offer their top Covid-era tips or advice. There was also an opportunity to question Annette Naor Hilton, Senior Project Manager of several of Arc’s programmes and projects, who has been working with artists and facilitators to that ensure opportunities and professional development continue despite the arts industry’s challenges.
