Arc COVID-19 Update – March 18th 2020
Given the latest and constantly changing government advice regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) around increasing social distancing, we have decided to suspend all our delivery from today. This includes our wellbeing programmes, our young people’s programme and our public programmes.
We are monitoring the situation on a daily basis and the wellbeing of our participants and staff is of the upmost importance. Any changes will be announced via our social media channels and on our website. You can still reach the team at the usual emails and the phone lines will be regularly monitored.
If you have already booked on one of our public programme courses, we are in the process of issuing refunds via the Eventbrite system for events that were due to take place in the next 3 weeks. You should receive an email from us saying what our plan is. Refunds can take up to 7 ‘Business Days’ to appear in your account. If after that time you haven’t received your refund, do contact us via email@example.com and we can confirm whether we have requested your refund, or contact Eventbrite directly via: www.eventbrite.co.uk/support/contact-us. We are reviewing what to do about workshops taking place later in April, May and June.
Although we can’t be physically making artwork together at the moment, we know that feeling connected and being creative will really help us all. So we’re putting a plan together to communicate, inspire, share arts and wellbeing and keep creating with as many of our participants, supporters and friends as possible.
