This course, Photography: Exploring Colour course offers relaxing and mindful guided photography activities to boost mood, encourage learning and to find beauty in the everyday. Manchester photographer, avid runner, nature lover and wellbeing facilitator Tamzin Forster guides you through use of frames, light and colour amongst other things to improve your photography. The course is detailed and provides a wealth of tips to take your photography to the next level.

- 6 helpsheets with 9 activities and supporting and resources.
- Accompanying videos from Arc Associate Artist Tamzin Forster, taking you through the core activities in a relaxing and mindful way.
- Additional troubleshooting tips, equipment guidance and a glossary of common photography terms
- Total video time approx 40 mins, estimated time commitment 6-8 hours, but entirely up to you to choose from the activities and spend as little or as long as you like on each.
