Our products are sold online in limited quantities and availabilities. We endeavour to show all our products as true to life as we can, however, please take into account that our photos
may not be to scale, so always ensure to check measurements. Although we try to reproduce colours as accurately as possible there may be some alteration depending on your computer screen or the photography, so please be aware of this when ordering. A large amount of our products are handmade and therefore there will be slight variations that occur from piece to piece. This is particularly true for handmade ceramics and textiles, and we try to indicate this in our product descriptions. If you have any specific questions about an item, please contact us and we will answer to the best of our ability.

Pricing and Promotions

Prices are as set out on the website, but exclusive of delivery charges. ​All of our prices are in GBP (£).​We reserve the right to alter prices at any time, without prior notice.


When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that we have received your order. Please ensure you keep this email as we may need you to refer to it should there be any issues with your order. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order. In the unlikely case of an error on the website, we will try to contact you to resolve the issue but we reserve the right to correct any errors, update any information and/or cancel orders where necessary.


Orders submitted on our website are directed to PayPal for processing. We have no access to your credit card data. According to PayPal’s Privacy Policy at the time of posting this page, when you visit the PayPal website or use PayPal Services, PayPal may collect data on the pages you access, your computer IP address, device identifiers, the type of operating system you’re using, your location, mobile  network information, standard web log data and other information. It may also collect information about your transactions and your activities, including contact, financial and personal information. ayPal does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. It shares with us only the billing address and order details required for order

Orders will be dispatched each Wednesday via Royal Mail Second Class. Standard UK delivery is charged at £2.95 per order. Your order should arrive 2-3 business days after dispatch, please bear in mind this might take longer during busy periods for Royal Mail, such as Christmas.

Damaged or Faulty Items

All of our products are carefully inspected before sending, and great care is taken in the packaging, to ensure that all items reach you in perfect condition. Please contact us as soon as possible if the product is damaged on arrival –


You have 14 calendar days​ to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging and your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns to the Arts for Recovery in the Community Charity is paid for by the customer.

We encourage you to use a delivery with proof of delivery as we will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.​ ​If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
